Jon Hurst, President of Retailers Association of Massachusetts (RAM) will address these questions at the next Franklin County Chamber of  Commerce breakfast on Friday, November 18, at Terrazza Ristorante, 244 Country Club Road in Greenfield. 
RAM is a trade group with 4,000 members throughout the state and provides many types of services to their members. These services include insurance programs, credit card processing, group purchasing, legislative advisories and more.

Serving begins at 7:20 and the breakfast concludes by 9 a.m. The presentation is perfectly timed for holiday shopping, whether you're buying or selling.
