Saturday

  • 9:00-10:00 AM: Vigorous Vinyasa (Jillian)

Sunday

  • 9:00-10:30 AM: Sunday Slow Flow (Melissa)

There is also a modern dance class for adults and a parent & child yoga for ages 2-5 in the works for later in the fall.
