"Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the fall."   - F. Scott Fitzgerald

As the cooler weather moves in, and we begin a new fall season here in New England, I would like to take a moment to reflect on the wonderful summer we had here at the GSFABA...

The Bridge of Flowers Road Race on August 11th was a great success.  Our community hosted nearly 1,000 runners from across the country who came to compete in this exceptional event.  The community came out to cheer on the runners and support the event, making for a fun and truly memorable day!

The summer concluded with one of our most anticipated events of the year.  One Sunday, August 26th, we held the 18th Annual Iron Bridge Dinner.  Over 200 guests from across our community and the region dined on the historic Iron Bridge, and enjoyed a multi-coursed, gourmet summer menu crafted by our local restauranteurs served by students of the Mohawk Athletic Association.  It was a beautiful night that was enjoyed by all.  Most importantly, this event helps to support the students of the Mohawk Athletic Association.  Thank you all for your support!

Moving forward, we have many exciting events coming up this fall.  The GSFABA, in collaboration with the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, will hold Business After Hours on Thursday, October 11th at Apex Orchard in Shelburne!  On November 2nd, the GSFABA will hold its Fall Breakfast and Annual Meeting at the Shelburne Buckland Community Center.  Also, be sure to mark your calendars for Moonlight Magic on Friday, November 23rd!  More details on all these exciting events are on the way!

Thank you for your support of the GSFABA and we hope to see you at our upcoming events.
